Unnecessary lag, Stuttering, Rubber-band.

I am badly receiving files from the servers. My S rates at 10-50. As for my R rates around 3000-14500. I been having so much problems lately, there are at times my game will not read my graphics card at all, I ran MFI Kombuster, and my frames were bursting at 170FPS. Though in-game at time's it will give me 5-11 FPS.

What is going on? I understand that my graphics card is in beta, both Nvidia and R R2XX Series. I tried Nvidia 740, and R9 R290X.

They run perfectly fine with other games, so I know it is not my pc. I'm trying to be as patient as I can, as I have been a Final Fantasy since Square Soft time's.

I'm hoping that the 2.1 or next patch will help the Time response as well, during instance, cause it is ridiculous how I am not on things or the animations become all stutter-y
