Amazing contact with a GM today! Gm Mauksee.

I'm not sure if this is the place to post this, but I have had the most amazing experience with a game GM i've EVER had to date today.

I was playing with a very toxic player in AK who, in turn ruined the entire run with his behaviour (will not go into details)

I was contacted not even 15 minutes later by Gm Mauksee regarding the issue. Very professional yet still approachable he/she (sorry, not sure) asked me the end result of the group, and stated that it will definately been looked into.

I was very surprised by:

1.) the quick response (wow, 15 mins, usually its DAYS for most other mmo's)

2.) the quick, not drawn out address of the issue.

3.) information on another question i had asked regarding item restoration (gave a very detailed response to this extra question very quickly, +++ impressed)

I've heard many people complaining about SE's customer interaction, and this may be one of those one in a million cases.

But man, I was quite impressed with the service!

GM response times when it came to player to player interactions that resulted in a complaint were really good in FFXI too. It is a pleasant surprise when compared to other games where you've all but forgotten a thing by the time you get a response.
