Brand of Lightning

Not sure if this has been said before, but the tool tip on this ability says:

Brand of Lightning

Increases Progress. Progress doubles when recipe affinity is wind.

Shouldn't this be when the recipe affinity is lightning?

We already have a Brand of Wind, which does the same thing.
The ability does not double progress when the affinity is lightning, if that is how it was intended to work.
