Steps:
1. Inner Beast Critical for 630 => received 1200hp heal (200%) where it should have been almost 1900 hp.:confused:

Nevermind. I found the answer. FYI the tool tip is misleading. You can only heal for 300% of the damage the mob takes, independent of what you hit it for. ie I do Inner Beast for 600. (The mob has 1000 hp left) I heal for 1800 hp. I do Inner Beast for 600 (the mob has 100 hp left) I heal for 300. All of this will be moot next week anyways I suppose.

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
