LOD Streaming issue - out of bandwidth
Resolution - 3240 x 1920 (3 1080p screens in portrait)
GPU1 usage: ~ 60 percent (Nvidia Titan 6gb)
GPU2 usage: ~ 63 precent (Nvidia Titan 6gb)
CPU usage : ~ 40 percent (Intel I7 - 4770k)
Ram: 16gb corsair dominator platinum 2400hz
Target Framerate: 85 fps (vsync'd)
Frame-rates drop as much as 20-30fp for skill usage, spinning around, or in town with many people, although my gpu usage, and cpu usage are not even close to being utilized fully. There is a bottleneck that is preventing stable frame-rates although my hardware is not being taxed. There are no settings that i can change that alleviate this situation. It appears that not enough memory is being allocated for LOD Streaming or character models.
Another forum poster mentions that this same sort of behavior happens because ambient occlusion does not work when moving the camera. The results are similar.
