Ping at Shiva(EU) from Europe

Hello!

I'm writing here because after the beta try i bought the game with the 50% off, but I was a little bit sad when realised at the EU server i have 220-300ms ping from Hungary.
Why? or can i ask why dont we have our server which located in the EU?-Also as you can see i don't have a bad connection: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3145884926

Because i checked the IP here: http://www.arrstatus.com/

As u can see the IP for shiva is: 199.91.189.45

That's why i have high ping and not cause of my ISP as the support said to me....

in the future can i assume we got a EU located server?

or anyone has got a same problem or know any fix for this?

Yes, the NA/EU servers are run by Eidos Canada, there is no reason to think SE intend to change that. Ping times are not the root cause of the the 'lag' most people are reporting, JP players have exactly the same issue with AoEs as everyone else and their ping times are 25-50.

So you are just telling me, its okay to play with 300 ms From the other side of the Globe...Uhhm okay ~~
Its not about the red circle only, its about what this ping can cause.

Yeah thats my problem :D

Sometimes impossible to play, i mean sometimes mobs are attacking me and i still can't see them wtf?!
Sometimes i need to wait 30 sec in the city until the NPC appear, etc.
Yes its not a big problem just annoying....
