You want to synth it yourself?
I would check out what gear you need and the recipe (and rank) to synth it on some ffxiv database site. YG is a good one: http://ffxiv.yg.com/
look for some EVA based gear
Dodoskin Harness, Leather Wristbands, Caligae, Scarf, Subligar (yes) and a nice lil belt will do nicely, hope that helps!
