Regarding map icon display order

The image shows:

• Locked out quest icon shows in front of active main quest icon
• Navigator map icon order is different to Map icon order (look at how in one map the leve-quest giver is on top, while in the other map he's at the bottom). In fact, it seems the two have reversed display order (look at the player arrow in the two maps).

Please push the red inactive quest icons to the bottom of the stack and let the active quest icons show up on top.
