Main Story Quest (unable to speak to NPC)

Noticed there's been a number of bug requests in this area of the main story... here's hoping it gets fixed soon :(

Steps:
1. Completed Main Story Quest "All Good Things"
2. Spoke with Eaduuard to initiate "With A Little Elbow Grease"
3. Per instructions from quest giver, went to Marques to speak and show broken oven.
4. Unable to talk with Marques (i.e. right click on mouse button does not initiate contact like it normally does for other interactions with other NPCS)
