Missing Title : Crystal Bearer

Noticed this early on at launch and have sent bug tickets in game about it and never have gotten a response back. Noticed also there was a post about a month back and figured I'd throw my hat into the ring that it was affecting more then one person. I've noticed some other players from 1.0 have indeed gotten the "Crystal Bearer" title from the Achievement "Chocked-full of Elemental Goodness" . This was one of my favorite titles and I want it back. Again some people have it and some don't but I do have the achievement unlocked and I don't have the title. I think its the only 1.0 title i did not receive.
