ULC vs World Chat:
United Linkshells of Cornelia (ULC):
The ULC Linkshell is a structured orginized and moderated LS that is composed of LS's that are offcial members of ULC with equal representation. They have declared friendly tearms towards other LS's. It is ran by the community.
Cornelia World Chat Service (WCS):
The Cornelia World chat Service Linkshell is for those who were not chosen as an ambassador or who's LS is not a member of ULC and still wish to be part of a World Chat. Anyone at all is welcome for a pearl in this LS. It is ran by Noriko Sasagawa.
