I recently finished three main story quests (Drowning out the voices, acting the part and dressed for conquest) which are marked as lvl 46 quests.
However, I could finish them being level 45, and said quests come right after the level 44 ones. So I guess they are not really level 46, but 45.
I might be wrong... but I have never been able to accept a quest which requests more level than I currently have.
Thank you Blaon for your post outlining the trouble you are having a quest being progress-able earlier than intended in game.
In order for me to submit your report, I will need some more information. You can go Here and you can find templates for Windows and PS3 that represent the kind of details we need. Once you can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information.
