At what point can I begin making threads in other forums?

Usually, there is a time period limit to this, like 48 hours or whatever.

it's been like a week now, and I still can't make threads?

is this a level-based thing here? what level can I make new threads? I've been dying to start a discussion in the Lore forum, and I can't.

To post outside the beginner and technical forums are outlined here. Essentially, to reply, you need to be lvl15. To start a new thread, you need to have a lvl25 character. You will also have to change your character's profile so that your lvl25 or whatever class is registered as the main class to get the benefit.

If you can't wait, reach level15 and one of us can start the thread for you with a suitable prompt. You can then reply with your own questions for clarification. Just post the question or prompt you want us to use.
