Launcher Error [30413] [10009] [10019]

Still unable to update on PC. Had this same problem when I got into beta, and it is still not fixed? I had no problem D/L updates on PS3 version for beta, so today I decided to buy the PC version to which I cannot play because it won't update. Starts out strong then slowly goes down to 0.0 mbs, you would think that the patcher would just resume where you left off like most games do.

I have deleted the patch folder which did nothing to help, I have reset modem and computer. Still nothing.

I have no problem patching any other game....

It seems that more people are having this problem than just me now. You can follow my thread in which I am currently investigating the problem so maybe there are some tips that can help everyone.
