Instant 180 degree turn

Is there a way to set a key that will face my character 180 degrees instantly? It would be great for me to use during stressful battles, where it is key to be as quick as possible. As of right now, the only way for me to run backwards quickly is to turn my camera angle 90 degrees and strafe, but that takes up too much time.

Legacy camera settings in (I think) your character configuration tab. Your character immediately turns in whatever direction you press the button for on WASD.

Ah ok thanks. Tried it out today, it'll take some getting used to that's for sure.
