Disciples of the Land/Hand and FATEs

I would like to know if it would be possible for Jobs that are classified under Disciples of the Land and Hand to not be forced to auto-join FATEs. To be able to walk around in the FATE without aggro or getting hit by area attacks regardless of their level. Disciples of the Land/Hand are not eligible to receive exp and rewards from these FATEs even if you did swing that pickaxe in your enemies face (trust me, I have). Some FATEs appear right on top of areas that you either mine/harvest/fish in, forcing you to join a FATE and causing monsters to aggro you while your trying to preform these tasks. Now, many of you will think "can't you just use the Stealth ability and not worry about the aggro". The answer, yes and no. No, because you will still get hit by any area of attack if it just happens to be where you trying to mine/harvest/fish, resulting in forced cancel of your task or even death depending on your level and the FATE's level.

Only option is to stay out of Line of Sight, just as you would do in a non-FATE situation. I was fishing in The Black Shroud, were the Marlboros are, in stealth mode a DoW started a fight and I got caught in the Bad Breath though I was in stealth mode, just bad luck. My point is there is an inherent risk in gathering that is designed into the game and you have to deal with it whatever way you can.

I like to think of it as part of the challenge :p We are out in the wilderness, after all.

What they need to do is implement DoH/L fates like the originally planned to. idk what happened to that plan. It just kind of disappeared.
