Does the Authenticator App Still Randomly Reset?

I heard this was a problem with this app a while back -- was it a bug that got fixed, or is it still unreliable?

Never had an issue, but if there is that's what the reset code is for.

I've also been using my mobile authenticator since it was released and I have had no issues thus far.

I had this issue once- and of course it happened early Saturday which meant I couldn't play for the weekend because there's no support Sat/Sun.
Everyone that uses a token should go in and write down their emergency removal password in case something like this does happen.. and then hope you're not one of the few I've heard about where the emergency removal code doesn't work XD
