In a Titan Spot not compleating

hello,
i have found a few threads that i cannot reply two from others who have had the same problem.

basically i am also unable to complete this quest, it simply states completion and then that titan hard mode has been added to the duty finer..

These both do not happen at all, titan is not added to duty finder, and this quest does not complete....

please can some one help me, as i am no longer able to progress at all with out completing this quest In a titan spot..


what i have tried,

changed jobs and attempted completion,

leave the mines and come back,

log out completely and then back in.

teleport out and back in.

nothing works..

please help..
