Savage Aim III vs Intelligence IV?

I got my BLM to level 50 a while ago, and now I've reached a point where I've begun to start gearing it up for Binding Coil and other endgame activities. I've checked the gear of some BLMs with Vanya, and I see them with Savage Aim III and/or its weaker versions attached to it, instead of Intelligence IV, which is cheaper on the market board and provides raw attack power. Are the Critical Hit Rate increases when adding Savage Aim III great enough to trump the Intelligence boosts added by Intelligence IV?

I assuming main stat is already capped on that piece of equipment. So Int materia is essentially useless.

Any HQ crafted item is already maxed on what ever "Main" Stat is on it. So for the casting robe you cannot add anymore Intelligence to it with materia.

All HQ items have their natural stats capped.
So the HQ Vanya gear will not gain any more INT if you add INT materia. It can get a little more Determination and some Spell Speed and Crit though.
But adding any INT materia to Vanya will give +0 int.
