How do I summon my magitek armor after receiving the key?

So I just finished all the storyline quests and received my Armor Identification Key for my Magitek Armor mount. I opened my inventory and attempted to "Use" the item but nothing happened. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to access/summon my new Magitek Armor ? Please help.....

Try again. You use it from your inventory and then it appears in your mounts menu. Can't tell ya what happened, but you're on the right track.
