Tips from an experienced Scholar
Hey all just was checkin out the forum and just wanted to mention a couple things I didnt see on the first few pages of posts. Im a Scholar on Goblin and have logged many hours into the job and all others but mostly Scholar.
Rouse plus Whispering Dawn you can use every minute and lasts for 21 seconds . Fey Illumination is on a 2 minute cooldown so you can use it every other Rouse+Whispering Dawn rotation. Pro-tip Rouse lasts 20 seconds so you'll only get 1 Whispering Dawn so you can use it well before Whispering Dawn is even up. If your in coil let your whitemage know you are doing this. It frees up the heals to top off party, drop hate, save mana etc. Macros are extremely helpful here. Also virus you can apply during Whispering Dawn and Enhanced Eye for an Eye every other rotation. Sacred soil reduces all damage to 90% and is up every 30 seconds and lasts 15 seconds. Make sure your party is in Sacred Soil during big AoE attacks. If your healing turn 1 or 4 and an Adloquiem Critical Hit lands on your tank let the other healer know. Then cast Adloq on his tank while he drops Regen on yours. I hope this helps.
Just want to mention during more healing intensive content it is best to be a proactive and responsive healer.
For placing the faries you want them in between you and your tank or the party and spam Embrace. Eos buffs sre 15 yalm and Salene 20 yalm. Currently after manually casting Embrace your fairy like to drop her buffs so get used to casting Steady edited for grammers, phrasing and duration or something. Thanks to Sinaloa
