The Binding Coil of Bahamut: hard to make party and 2 theasure chests is not enough.

Well like i said, 2 theasures chest is not enough because the following:


-We can do ONLY 1 time per week( terrible to farm).

-8 players party.. this mean you have a VERY LOW chance to obtain any coil gear( i completed several times and i only got 2 pieces ring and waist for my DRG)

-Will be VERY hard to obtain the full set of ANY job if you don't have any static group(biggest problem).

- 99,9% of peoples ONLY recruit players that use mumble or teamspeak( i really HATE this)


I think the following countermeasure need to be implemented:

-Increase the amount of theasure chest in each turn(at least to 3 theasures).
-Make the coil avaible in duty finder(in future).
-if possible, make a private party voice chat( idk if this can lag the game)
-Instead of only complete 1 time per week,put it 2 times and in the second time you go you not receive mytho stones(perfect to farm)

A lot of people seem to forget while there are more raids in WoW the higher tier raids still have lock outs of about a week with others having a 1 per day.
Given my group is still fine tuning our teamwork for T4 we're up to phase 5 but I've yet to see a single piece of brd gear drop where as we've had a few healer and caster stuff drop.
Didn't Yoshi say that was the point of coil is that it's to be a static based dungeon?
I hate using them too but I had to install them myself.

I'm confused do you hate having to install a 3rd party chat program or do you have the whole voice chat thing?
When turns 6-10 drop I can see it or even having a once you beat 1-5 you can access it whenever kind of deal.

wait for SE to nerf the content when turn 6-10 comes out, you should be able to easily complete your set by then.

2 treasure chests is plenty, and you have to understand this dungeon is not really made for pick up groups. It is made for hardcore endgamers who form guilds for things like this.

Unfortunately Coil is not going to be made DF, they have already shot this down. DF groups would generally fail at it anyway.

If the dungeon spit out oodles of treasure (Note that there are 8 total drops in the dungeon, and clearing bosses on the first try, the total length of the dungeon isn't that much longer than any other which give far less than 8 drops per run generally), people would conquer the content too fast, stop running it, and run out of things to do before the next content can be created. The pacing is intentionally set with this in mind, otherwise too much of the playerbase will be "done" with content faster than the dev team can create it. In some ways this sucks but short of hiring a legion of content developers (and really, too many cooks CAN spoil the broth) its the only way to do it.

Also for your idea on a restriction on a 2nd entry, it's pointless because you get 200 myth tomestones total for clearing the entire dungeon (at least until patch 2.1).

the problem is i'm brazilian and is hard for me enter in any group even finished turn 1-4 several times. and i hate use 3rd programs and EVEN if their put a private party chat in FFRR i can't use it.. i just want this for players to stop shouting to install teamspeak or mumble... we will be ignored more and more times because of this s* program

and idk why the reason 4 players party dugeon there is a lot of 2 theasure chest in each boss and in 8 players party is the same? o.O

Lv55 or 60 greens vs lv90 blues.

One set of gear is supposed to be less common than the other, three guesses which. Not everybody gets to have everything.

It won't. Why should the best gear in the game drop like candy? You act like this is the only MMO that does this. ALL MMOs do it. Better gear = less common.

If there's no difference in rarity, if you play the dungeon 2 times and get everything there is to get, your loot doesn't feel as special as if you had to work hard for it. Considering the game has no world NMs with rare drops other than behemoth/odin whose rewards are primarily cosmetic, they had to do something, otherwise there would be 10x as many people complaining of nothing to do.

Besides, you're collecting myth stones in parallel with possible coil drops, you're gearing up in lvl90 stuff faster than you think.
