Happened to me before. I raged.

You never hear people complain about the HQ's they get from 1-10%. :/

Especially ones during quick synth.

I fixed that for you.

I don't think you can even get 99% HQ, because I distinctly remember one time I was exactly 1 away from max quality and it was 98%, and of course it didn't HQ.
