Housing "Neighborhoods"

With 30 houses per instance we're all going to end up in a sort of Free Company Neighborhood. If you're like me and plan to spend your downtime in your house, wouldn't it be fun to get to know your neighbors?

I've got a poll going with my FC right now to decide where we're going to place our roots. Once it's decided I'm going to try to see what other cool FCs are buying when I do so I know we'll all have a ton of fun.

I hope my understanding of the housing system as they've described it is right. If it is, anyone else think about who your neighbors might be? Or do you care at all?
