Bug : Ending the quest : "Shadows Uncast ( Twin Adder )"

I am not able to finish the promotion quest to be "Chief Serpent Sergent".
When i click complete there is a big quest complete bug it makes nothing an i can do it as much as i want but no rewards.

The problem was that I had a full inventory but there where no messages to tell me that i need space in my bag to receive my seals ...
