Losing furnishing

I was reading about the new housing article and found this under "2. Outdoor Furnishings":

"certain furnishings will be lost upon placing them in or removing them from the garden"

The same is under "4. Placing Furnishings in the House", but probably is just a translation error and the same is going to apply for interiors.

I would like to know which kind of furnishing is going to be lost when removing it. Writing that we are going to lose stuff sounds bad :p
