Having reached level 26 archer I find myself wanting to find a level 30 camp to do behests at, but I'm struggling finding anywhere populated. I'm on Figaro and I've tried Camp Glory and the Nanawa mines, to no avail. Where do people usually go?
On another note, does SE have any plans for fixing the party seek tool which no one uses? It's really bothering me now that solo is getting too slow...

Nanawa and Nophica's Wells seem popular still on my server (Selbina).
It's going to be tough to find people just sitting around there sometimes though. I mostly see everyone in town except for the 2-3 hours after leve reset. -

Usually Nophicawells or nanawa mines. Its a sad day for this game when nanawa mines is empty...

from 22 to 32 coblyns in nanawa are the best. Use multishot or w/e to rack up 3 arrows and the atk+ skill. That will take over half the coblyns hp, then just use a ws, and it will be dead before it gets to you. Do this + behests and you will be rank 32+ in no time. -

Nanawa Mines is probably your best bet population wise, and Nophica's Wells and Cedarwood can also be good at busier times of day. Though in general it just depends on how busy your server is and what time of day you are on. If you're on at a quiet time then you may find that even Nanawa has only one or two other people joining behest with you.

Group => Copperbell
Leves => 30s in a group, Wells and Mines
As for the tool, it works people use to use it back when the game first came out. But I suggest getting into a linkshell that partys outside leves.
