Japanese name for the Scions?

Can anyone tell me what the Japanese name for the Scions of the Seventh Dawn is? In Kanji/kana, or kana only please. I dislike reading Romanji.

If you're interested in knowing the japanese name, and fluent enough in japanese that you prefer kanji/kana, then why not ask in the japanese forums?

I guess I should explain my situation. I'm very rusty in my Japanese although I can generally still read katakana and hiragana. I have a good resource for looking up Kanji and their meanings, even though I don't know many, and my vocabulary is still not good enough to hold a conversation...otherwise I would just ask on the JP forums. I'm trying to get fluent in Japanese but it's a slow process. >_< I can see the Kanji for the name on the JP site but I can't highlight it so I can't see how to pronounce it.

EDIT: I found the Kanji in Eorzea Database where I can copy it. So now I can learn them. Thanks for kicking my lazy butt into thinking of how I could find it myself. ^^;

I believe its Akatsuki 暁(?)

Akatsuki no Ketsumei
Means Blood Alliance of the Dawn. Or Blood Oath of the Dawn.

Why didn't they use that for the english name?

I would argue that it's more to do with the English version's love of flowery language than anything.

"Scion" is a term used to refer to a descendant or inheritor of something (e.g. scion of the royal family); the Scions of the Seventh Dawn are those who inherited the late Louisoix's mission and carry on his legacy.
