Crafting HQ warrior AF gear (and relic weapon)

So, I'm working towards making the Fighter's Armor set for a cosplay competition by Saturday. Here are some WIPs while I put together the armor ^^

Rather kickass. When I'm in better shape, I plan on learning to craft armor and Dragoon will be my first goal. From one cosplayer to another, good luck! :)

About this album: We ended up having to cut down on the details for some of the pieces due to the lack of time.
I ran into a problem with the Bravura due to the expanding foam curling inwards, so I reinforced it with contact cement, wooden boards and atacks before filling the other side with the foam. After doing that, I covered it with masking tape and paper strips before spray painting it with acrylic epoxy.

I hope you guys enjoyed this photo set. :)
I'm looking to improve on the armor pieces, making them thicker and bulkier so I don't look so top-heavy (especially on the waist armor), and adding SPIKES.
As for the weapon, I'm not going to use expanding foam anymore next time.
