Titan HM - Does Titan kill people? NO!! Lag kills people.

The servers are so ridiculously laggy. People cant react to Titan if they're screen is frozen for 1 second all over the place. This is becoming so ridiculous. Every dps dies and I am standing there waiting for 3 bars with Titan nearly down.. then he landslides and then BAM LAG hits, DEAD. A win becomes a freaking loss due to lag, this is UNACCEPTABLE.

HOURS AND HOURS, people are wasting trying to down Titan, but many of us are dying because of latency issues with the cheap pathetic things you call a server.

Whats the deal SE? This is really really starting to annoy me. When I tanked it was okay, because I could stand there and not worry about the 1-2 second lag. But for DPS and Healers.. ......... I would quit just because of this. We should not have to play in a way that we have to predict lag, which I do, I start running in a direction with nobody when I know plumes are coming, but WHY DO I HAVE TO DO THAT?? ANSWER ME SE.

I really Understand sometimes there is a lag issue server side ive seen it my self but that's rare for me at least, maybe you need to check your own connections?
The only fights I have ever seen tiny lag spikes are in Titan and Turn 4 of Coil me personally I think to many people blame 100% of there death on titan.

I've killed Titan dozens of time without dying to lag and I'm playing from Europe.

The solution to the problem is:
-memorize the pattern
-or have the pattern in notepad then look at it while doing titan
-or have someone call out the pattern.

This way you can move to dodge AoEs at the earliest possible time and lag will never kill you

Honestly, the lag is NOT a universal problem. The SERVER SIDE .3s update lag is... and while they will be updating how that feature works for some (unnamed) high end content in the future (at an undetermined date) plenty of people are able to clear this content even without drastically out-gearing it. Titan-HM was listed as roughly ilvl70 content in the last live letter, that isn't to say you need full ilvl70 to succeed, but if you're being killed by plumes or bombs, you can re-evaluate your equipment for survivability (3,500HP is nice to have ... but 3,000 is an absolute must).

If your problem is land-slide there isn't much i can say for you but learn the rotation and keep moving.

I'm not saying Lag spikes suck but you can be pretty sure the ONLY reason you're not winning isn't just because of your connections lag (and seriously is sever lag is the reason EVERYONE wouldn't be able to beat it, as that's a universal)

The only time I die on titan is from lag rubberbanding. I know the fight to well. It's brutal on the weekend. Was doing titan Saturday night his next move was a ls it didn't register on my screen because everything stopped for 5 seconds when it caught up I was flying off the screen lol. Never had such issues with ffxi and I played on xbox and pc.

If I'm 2-4 steps out of whatever it is trying to kill me, it's still my fault? What I see on my screen and what happens to me should be the same thing. Don't know whats going on with this but I think it's a pretty big issue.
