Not Quite Ninjas <NQNin> Recruiting for Coil

Ohai there! Our FC (Not Quite Ninjas) is looking to bolster our ranks to get a second Coil group going, first group just cleared T1, second group wants to get started but lacking a quorum of Coil-ready folks. Mainly we need tanks (Paladin in particular), but also healers and ranged DPS, Bard in particular would be nice.

We are looking at either an 8pm-12am PST/server time slot, or weekend afternoons/evenings. Once we get enough players we'll know what time works best for everyone.

Here's a breakdown of our needs:

Tanks (PLD especially) - HIGH
Healers - MEDIUM
Ranged (BRD especially) - MEDIUM
Melee - LOW

Derailing my own efforts to recruit, I find myself wanting to let the greater "Not Quite Ninjas" FC and Cactuar community in general know about a player "Colleen Noriko". Colleen tanked a duty finder group for...I forget, it's the level 44 dungeon, and did just a fantastic job. While this is not really news or noteworthy, I'm mentioning it because I frequent the dungeon finder and have run the gamut of tanks here...if we count WoW...then my experience in PuGs is vast, deep and disease ridden. Colleen not only tanked extremely well, (s)he marked every mob, explained every boss, kept h(er)is cool when things go dicey.

(S)He is my first meeting with anyone from Not Quite Ninjas, and if the rest of this FC is 1/2 the player, you'd be foolish not to at least give them a look. Perhaps we need an individual, "Hey met this Cactuar player through Duty Finder" thread so this reply seems less like my lips are planted on the <NQNin> tookus, but there it is.
