Before Meteor isnt ARR, its from FFXIV 1.0
Yeah I heard rumors of an ARR soundtrack but it would be something like 5 or 6 CD's long..I could be wrong. I personally want the Praetorium music..I love the music so much I try to help noobies run that place just so I can enjoy the music
And you stated that you downloaded a physical only released album on the Official Forums.. Real smooth. Listen to it on youtube or some other music service. Or buy the album legit like other people do.Quote:
Before Meteor: FINAL FANTASY XIV Original Soundtrack is the official soundtrack for the original release of Final Fantasy XIV, and includes all original songs composed by Nobuo Uematsu for the initial release, as well as every song added on subsequent patches and a remastered version of the "A New Beginning" trailer that was revealed once the Final Fantasy XIV servers were brought down. New songs composed for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn are not included in this soundtrack.
Indeed, it's well worth the money buying the album in my opinion (plus you get a cute Dalamud minion too for your trouble :D).
But as has been said, Before Meteor is 1.0's complete soundtrack, not ARR. Although some tracks on Before Meteor have returned for ARR, there is not yet any complete soundtrack album available for ARR (other than the 6 track mini album Sounds of Eorzea that came with the Collector's Edition, which only has the three new city 'daytime' themes and their related surrounding zone themes).
You'll just have to be patient for SE to release a dedicated ARR OST I'm sorry to say.
Closest thing I can find in the current ARR "soundtrack" is this, but it's missing the chorus unfortunately: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q_uFMzyK_cg
It is amazing, is it not?
