Like the other post in "accepted bugs" (http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...-44-Main-Story) , the NPC Ignace is also broken on Sargatanas, and has been for a while now, quite a few of us standing around here frustrated.

Confirming that after emergency maintenance about 20 min ago, he's talking again.
