Dev Tags Discussions - What?

Okay, some of the Dev tags Topics are really hard to hold a discussion on mainly because of the vague information related to them.

I'd suggest we get provided with abit more general "Development" ideas to go on, i mean what SE means or had in mind with some of these.

I'd love to discuss most Dev tags, but im sure im not the only one seeing some of the tags information to be like... "Um...uhu, what we talking about again?"

Some examples im totally clueless on how to discuss.
(since we mostly been kept in darkness until releases)

[dev1065] UI revisions based on battle system reform - Define UI revisions.
[dev1063] Introduction of pop-up help - Explanation please.
[dev1080] Ifrit battle - I dont even know where to start... will we get Summoner Job one day, if not whats the point of changing / discussing this?
[dev1067] Grand Companies[UI] - Um...we dont even have "Companies" yet to evaluate from.

Also as final note, the forums is more or less a major mess.
I cant imagine the amount of time the Community Reps / Devs has to browse topics over & over & over again, same discussion but with diffrent poster.

Id try to do a proper sort and specific "Dev Tag #" section where people can post their ideas instead of making topics with more or less same discussions all over again.

Example:

Make 1 section for each "DevTag" and let people comment in that only, and completly remove the General section to sort out the complete mess. (i hope this wasnt too confusing)

This is where we should post our ideas, discussions etc.
not in the General section, where you have to sit all day reading tons of topics.
