Odin Mantle was not rewarded

Steps:
I teleported to Quarrymill from Mor Dhona.
I shouted for Odin invite.
Made my way to Urth's Fount (X:33,Y:23).
I stacked on tanks and continually casted Medica II.
I died at 5%
Odin died shortly after and I was rewarded Silver but no Odin's Mantle.
My bag space was 21/100 at the time of Odin's death.

I was grouped with the following players who all received their Mantle:

Venn Caelum
Guy Hass
Raku Fey
Cat Fury
Felicity Lionheart
Mae Chen
(last player left when writing this so don't have his name)
