Crystal Tower Entry Requirement

Is completing HM Titan still a requirement for entering Crystal Tower? Anyone know? I can't remember if that was said about that and thought I'd try to get a confirmation/add to the doom and gloom of "new storyline content is for casuals/elitists/pandas" discussions on the forums.

We don't know. They did say they were considering requiring a relic but as far as I know there was no confirmation.

minimum gear requirement for CT is ilivl 55. as said in live letter. (idk about story req.)

ilvl55 suggests you simply need to beat the main scenario (Praetorium) and perhaps complete a simple quest to "unlock" it on the duty finder.
