New players LF FC

As the title says, me and my friend just hit 50 on our first jobs and are currently looking for a friendly mature FC to join for future endgame progress. We currently play a monk and dragoon with future plans to try other classes. We're quick learners and raiders from other games looking for like minded people who like to get hard stuff done and have fun while doing it. Our main time of availability is mornings and afternoon on the weekdays and almost anytime during the weekends. Ty for your responses!

Objectively if you want to do things together you may need to try other jobs. Most end game group comp only requires 1 Melee DPS. The War Council is a friendly FC that is always growing. We're currently working on a 5th coil group.

We're a friendly, casual, and mature guild that was formed during the third beta phase. We have a website, a dedicated group of officers, and a great group of members so far.

A number of our members are working on endgame content, and many others (including myself) are on our way!

We're at rank 5, and always have a bonus running of some kind. We also have a Teamspeak, mainly used for our dungeons and socializing, though it's not required.

I'll put in our FC too. . Moogle Team 6 is a mixed casual group. Some are working on endgame gear and events, and some who are newer to FFXIV and finding their way in Eorzea. All of them enjoy helping people who aren't necessarily following the same path. Our focus is building a foundation of strong players who are good at what they want to be good at, rather than a focus solely on endgame (after all, as many if us learned with FFXI, what is endgame now is not going to be endgame in a year).

For example, I focus on crafting/gathering, with some dungeons, whereas others just hack and slash their way through everything in their way and can't stand Botany at all! We make it a point to help people who are starting their journey, those who are tired of grinding and would actually enjoy having fun in the game with friends, and those who just feel like they haven't found the group that fits.

We have a Teamspeak server, and are Rank 5 as of this past weekend. Looking ahead, we're going to be building our Company house as a group and growing our roster, and will be doing team-based events to keep things fun and lively. Everyone gets a say, and everyone is respected.
