Anything labeled as a "Skirt" does not show properly while wearing any kind of upper body that reaches the hips.
Guess you can't put screenshots in here. That's really f-in' smart, Square. Can't post pics in the Bugs board to show you what you screw up. There's the links; you'll just have to get their yourself.

That's how it's supposed to be. The skirt model gets in the way of the longer body armors.
They can make it work! I don't think they're trying hard enough..
