What the WAR buff, SHOULD have been.
~Marauder~
Foresight - Absorbs 5% of damage done as HP (10% from trait)
Bloodbath - 30% damage - HP conversion (60% trait)
Brutal Swing - CD reduced to 15 seconds
Thrill of Battle - Increase to 30%
Mercy Stroke - 200 Potency 90s CD (when used adds a 10% HoT every tick/4 ticks trait)
Vengeance - 100 Potency, adds a debuff that reduces all mob damage by 30%
Butcher's Block - Added Effect: Breaks Bones (reducing enemy damage by 10%)
Holmgang - Absorbs all damage as HP for 6 seconds, 240 CD
Storms Path - 125% of damage done as HP, overheals once.
~Warrior~
Wrath - 6% healing each stack (should be a tradeoff)
Inner Beast - 500% damage done as HP, at 10% HP, 150% damage done as HP at max HP, overheals once.
Steel Cyclone - 250 Potency + Silence
Infuriate - 80s cooldown
I think with these fixes, it adds a bit of utility/survivability to WAR, while enhancing its identity
