Please invest in a CDN

Your website is slow. Latency is high. You should consider using old CDN technology. It's not hard to implement. The game isn't the only thing that needs work. Your Billing system and website needs an overhaul as well. Also, your customer service is terrible. The market is in America. We love to complain. It's in our nature. Please don't give us a reason to complain and we'll be happy and continue to support Square Enix. Please consider bettering the image of your company not only for customers, but for yourselves.
