I don't know the exact cause of it, but I'll try my best to be as accurate as possible. When I first started the game, I moved my UI into place so that I would be comfortable with it. Saved all changes and haven't had any issues with it until about 2 weeks ago. About 2 weeks ago, every time I log in, return from duties like Class Quests/Chimera/Hydra, return from dungeons, and the like, my duty list slides vertically down. Nothing else on my HUD moves except the Duty List. It also does not move horizontally at all, just slides down. I like my Duty list to be about an eighth of an inch below my minimap/compass but every time I Duty/Log in, it slides down to about an inch and a half below my minimap/compass and I'm forced to move it back up, save changes and continue on with my life. Now, when there is only 2-3 quests on it, it doesn't really bother me, but when I have 4-5 quests flagged, it starts to blend in with my Cross Hotbar, and that drives me insane. As I said before, this problem has only really occurred in the past 2 weeks. From Beta 4 - two weeks ago, my HUD was perfectly fine.
