Missing interaction bar/animation in duties.

A couple of days ago I joined a Wanderers palace duty with some friends but none of us was able to get the cast bar or animation while interacting with any of the dropped oil lanterns during the whole run even though we were able to obtain them if we waited for a few seconds.
Looks like this started happening after the last game update.

Frequency: Always
World: duty finder
Area and Coordinates: wanderers palace
NPC Name: lantern oil
Steps:
1. kill a tonberry
2. interact with the dropped lantern oil
3. notice how there is no animation or cast bar but the item is obtained anyway after few seconds

The user got no interaction animation even though he was able to complete the quest.
