Switched To BTN and gathered for 20-30 minutes
Returned to BLM class.
Opened Duty Finder to find there was still a 15m countdown showing
Logged out and rebooted game
15m timer still showing, only counted down if I kept the Duty Finder window open
Total time for the 15m timer to pass: About 40mins

Left a Duty Finder group for Amdapor Keep
15m Duty Finder penalty was applied.
Stayed in BLM class and left computer for 30-40minutes with player idle in town
Opened Duty Finder to find there was still a 15m countdown showing
Completed a FATE just outside town (took about 3 mins)
Opened Duty Finder to find there was still a 15m countdown showing
When keeping the Duty Finder window open again it counted down correctly.
Total time for the 15m timer to pass: About 55mins

Comments:
Whilst I can appreciate that I left the groups and deserve the 15m timer, I don't dispute that, but it is not counting down correctly. I am being restricted from joining another group for much longer periods of time than shown.
