Walking in Sylphlands one day and saw ground Fire under one of these purple things.
It isnt an job action and seems to stay around for forever. Others can see it aswell.
On the right is BRD action and on the left is the glitch or something.

In 1.0 there was glowing tree so maybe this is kinda like it.
