Quest does not finish and duty finder does not update

World: Goblin

Class/Level: Black mage lvl 50

Area and Coordinates: Southern Thanalan, Zahar'ak X:39 Y:19

Party or Solo: Party and Solo

NPC Name: none

Monster Name: none

Quest: Ifrit bleeds we can kill it

In-Game Time: 7:33pm

Steps:
I am trying to complete: Ifrit Bleeds, we can kill it quest

1- I go to attune to the aetheryte at Zahar'ak.
2- once there i attune to the aetheryte.
3- Windows opens with 719 company seals as a reward i can choose between complete and decline.
4- I choose complete (i dont get the 719 company seals).
5- I can see on my screen : Quest complete with the sound that come with it. and also says duty finder updated.
6- on screen i get: Bowl of fire (hard) now available.
7- Duty recommendation, duty finder, duty journal doesnt update (as a result i cant access bowl of fire (hard mode).
8- I can do this process as many times as i want with the same result.

Any suggestions?

Do you have capped or near-capped seals? Perhaps it's not letting you complete the quest because you can't hold 700-whatever seals.

Hi, the name of the quest is : Ifrit bleeds, we can kill it
and i do have enough ''room'' to get those seals i have 13k on 20k.
