Game setting is not shared among different computer!

.I believe that the game setting which include all the setting in char customisation/skills/macro that I've set is not being saved on the server.I've been playing this game from across two computer.one at my house and one at my GF's.when i switch computer all the setting are gone,i have to reset all the macros/skills in the hotbar,UI layout/chat log colour/char customisation again!please make the server save all the setting instead of saving it to our desktop,so we wont be having a hard time setting all the things again
