There is a "Fwoosh" sound when Ifrit weapons light up. You have to move your audio position to the character to hear it.
You know the Moogle mail service NPCs (forgot their name)? Stand by one for a while with your headphones on and you can occasionally hear them make a cute little noise.
If you ever go to an instance entrance for a story/class mission and position your camera inside the glowing entrance and zoom out you will hear a cool sounding effect.
Pretty sure you can hear it at the Coil entrance too.
I'm sure most of you already know this, but for some reason I've found so many people unaware of the following feature:

2. Anybody can click on the chat and have a green flag displayed on the map, so you can fast locate that position.
On a side note, when you exit Ul'dah to Western Thanalan you find this long staircase leading to Scorpion Crossing called "The Eighty Sins of Sasamo". Yes, it's comprised of 80 rungs. Go and count 'em!
When a RMT whispers you it makes the same sound as normal people whispering you.
