Server Lag

I thought it was lag on my end, as some people don't seem to have problems. But there is something going on at the other end of the line. I am getting so frustrated with the inability to dodge aoe when on my screen I am far out of it. In all the other MMOs that I have played on the same computer I have not had this problem. But here over and over I keep being 15 feet out of the aoe and still being hit or dying.

This is incredible frustrating and aggravating in do or die fights. Cutter's Cry - last boss, the ENTIRE Titan fight, Sunken Temple etc. I would also have attach a screenshot to show the distance but of course I can only link using URLs.

I know its just not me feeling this problem, whats the deal?

Had to find a round about way to post this. The icy ground was the aoe that killed me yet I am all the way over there...

I had to logout when transferring zones today. I could still use chat but just before i went across zones i was getting a lot of lag.
