Duplicate Free Company Tags = confusion

Not sure if this is a bug or working as intended. I'll post it here and see. On Excalibur, this is my free company.

So I was in Raincatcher Gully on my Botanist and saw a name I didn't recognise, and after checking found this:

It's a different Free Company, but they have the exact same <<company tag>>. This strikes me as wrong, and confusing.

We have similar on our server, which is highly annoying.
