Ignemortel NPC glitched. Still no info on plan to fix.

So for like 2 days now been trying to do a storyline quest but npc is glitched and wont talked to me . NPC's name is Ignemortal. It is a accepted bug but no info on plan to fix has been releasesed. Its kind of big deal because cant do anything else end game till finish the storyline. And before people just say go level I only got 11 levels to go on arcainist and everything else job wise / craft wise/ and gathering wise is 50. So is it to much to ask to fix this major bug lol. Or give us your plan to fix.:eek:

Yeah I'm stuck on it too cause well I usually spend my days leveling crafting and now that I hit 50 all crafting last week I thought id ya know try the game out and catch up on the main story quests hah.

I have the same issue/ I reported in-game support and when to square enix support center and got nothing back.
